I have now worked with the team at Jeffs Motorcars to purchase 3 different vehicles, and every time it has been a great experience. Most recently I had a tough choice to make as I learned my Range Rover of which I purchased from Jeffs about 2 years ago needed an extensive repair. I did not have the patience to deal with it. Their service department is second to none, and laid out for me all my options in plain English with realistic expectations. I appreciated their straight forwardness, and proceeded to meet with Hans and Howard about the option of trading it in on another vehicle. I spent a few hours driving different cars, and after taking home an Audi for 3 or so days to drive I settled on making the trade for it. With Howards expertise and Hans’ easy going sales assistance I stopped in on a Monday morning (still driving the Audi) and in an hour made the switch with only signing my name…… it couldn’t have been any easier. My relationship with Jeffs started many years ago when I bought a Land Rover LR4 form Cody (who still works with them) and has continued to this day, now on my third vehicle. I have no intention of buying a car anywhere else as the entire operation from service to sales has been such a class act experience. I could not thank them enough for all the help, and will continue my loyalty for many years to come.

My recent experience with Jeffs Motor Cars was a great one. We found a 2007 Shelby GT500 in their inventory and called for a quote and more details. We are way out of state so many pictures and details were needed. Michael in Sales was most helpful as well as Howard in the Finance office.

I found the Land Rover Discovery I wanted online at Jeff’s. I reached out to get more info and Eric was quick to get back to me. At no time was he pushy to get the sale. I had never bought a car online/site un-seen so I was a little nervous. The whole purchase process was super easy to do by e-signing and giving my info over the phone. Although I live about 2.5 hours away I had the car shipped to my house. Upon arrival the car was totally clean and in great shape, just two little dings on the body which is to be expected with a 4 year old car. Thanks to you and Jeff’s Motorcars for helping us find the car we’ve been looking for. It’s not easy finding a dealership that has the used car selection as Jeff’s has. In the past few weeks we have been to several dealerships that had cars we liked, but the salesperson or management turned us away.
We saw the Land Rover Discovery Sport on-line and drove to take a look at our dealership on Sunday. I called on Monday morning, and you answered a half hour before the dealership opened. Throughout the day we talked business and numbers without you seeing our trade in or us test driving the car. We texted and emailed most of the day and drove after work to test drive. You were courteous and helpful giving my wife and I information about the car without pressure to buy. You engaged us in conversation that was helpful as I had told you how poorly we were treated at 2 other dealerships the past couple weeks.
Being that you started at Jeff’s a few months ago you didn’t fake it when we asked you questions you didn’t know the answer to, asking your manager for answers that worked well for us. And, thanks to you and Brent for staying until after 8:00 to finalize all the paperwork, as your dealership closes at 7:00.

Having just purchased my first car from Jeff’s Motorcars, I want to briefly share my buying experience. The team member who worked with me was Michael Comyns. Because I wasn’t sure what brand of car I wanted, Michael asked a few questions to help me articulate the basic idea of what I wanted and what I didn’t want. He listened well, and within a few minutes was showing me a very attractive car that seemed to be perfect. Being a cautious buyer I proceeded with examining the Carfax report, asking many questions, taking a 10 minute test drive with Michael in the car followed by an offer from him to take the car home overnight. I accepted his generous offer and was then able to really determine if this was the car I wanted. It was!
Michael’s progression through the rest of the process was focused and efficient but not assertive or presumptuous. I highly recommend Jeff’s Motorcars and team member Michael Comyns.
FYI: I am a lifelong Stark County resident, a graduate of Ohio State (when Woody Hayes was coach!) and owner of an investment management and financial advisory firm in North Canton.

Awesome out-of-state buying experience
My wife and I recently decided to buy our dream car, a Corvette, and so we started looking. I spent hours on Autotrader and finally found one that sounded like just what we were after at Jeff’s. The problem was, it had just posted, and so there were no pictures up yet. I called and worked with Trisha, who happily took some pictures and emailed them to me and was very helpful answering questions. After looking at the pictures and being satisfied with the answers we got, we decided to purchase the car. We completed the whole transaction remotely, because we live in Utah. We decided to fly out and drive the car home, and Trisha met us at the airport and drove us to the dealership. We picked the car up and were on our “road-trip” home within an hour. Great experience. The car is Awesome. And Trisha was great to work with.

Best buying experience EVER!
I just purchased an 09 Range Rover Sport supercharged from Jeff's. I'm originally from Canton Ohio, moved to Austin Texas in 1998. So I was already aware of Jeff's Motorcars impeccable reputation in hand picked extremely clean pre-owned vehicles and great prices. I decided to check Jeff's website for a supercharged Range Rover Sport, as luck would have it they had just what I wanted. Called them and talked to Nick, who was extremely professional and went above and beyond by sending me extra pictures, describing the Rover in detail. Then we discussed financing Nick got me in touch with Howard Cruz. Howard beat the rate I got from the local credit union and an extended service plan that was very affordable, even at the term I wanted. Professional, detailed, not at all pushy. My experience was great!!!! They didn't try and scam me, they didn't try to hustle me, and they didn't pretend that they could do something impossible. My experience was straight forward, with no lies. The Best Dealership Around!
I just bought a 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT. I would of wrote about this great experience when I bought it, however, I was too busy driving and enjoying my new truck! My salesman was Cody and not only was he knowledgeable in every aspect, but he is also just a friendly guy. I told him I would be down early afternoon, but was unable to and did not get there until 30 minutes before their closing time. That did not matter, he stayed until I was completely satisfied with the truck
I was also able to deal with the sales manager, Howard, and I then could see why Cody was as awesome as he was. I have always been told from my time in the Corps that you are a direct reflection of your leadership and it was no different here. Howard was just as knowledgeable and friendly. He even got me a better finance deal than the one I had come to him with. I must also say that they gave me a good deal on my trade in as well.
All around, the best experience I had and on top of everything I have mentioned, this was all done pretty quickly as well. Jeff's Motorcars will be the first place I stop in the future and I look forward another experience with them.

WOW!! This was our first time shopping for a car and my wife and I visited several dealerships in the span of 45 days. None of the those experiences compare to the one we had at Jeff's. We live 3hrs away and they put up with me constantly calling (10x in 2 days) to ask questions. They comprimised on price and offered terrific trade in value for a car they were not likely to make any money off, they did this just to help us afford the car we wanted. Hans and Howard are not your average car dealers. They are fair, comprimising and very friendly. At one point when it seemed we couldn't work out the financing, Howard told me "perhaps this isn't the car for you, sometimes this happens"...it didn't try to sell me a car I couldn't afford or push me into something else. He was honest and fair. This is the expectation I now have for car dealerships, Jeff's has set the bar. Everyone else needs to up their game! Ben
Outstanding experience in car buying!
Like everyone else, car buying can be a less than desirable experience. However, the 2011 Nissan Armada that I recently purchased was a very simple and pleasurable experience for me. From the salesperson thru Management and into financing, everyone was exceptional, helpful and had my best interest in mind. Had an awesome experience selling my new wife's Toyota Corolla. They absolutely took care of us as if we were the most important customer only. I came in with a logical price and they made it happen with no problem. After the sale they even let me take a "dream" car home for the weekend as a wedding gift to take my new wife out. My experience was so wonderful at this dealership! I was so afraid to go "car shopping" alone, but after finding Hans Wolf -- I lost my fear! I found out that he really did care about me and my uncertainty about buying. But I wasn't "alone"! He was there with me every step of the way.
